The IBGA is an organization of 18 AKC Beagle Clubs within the State of New York, or States which Border New York. Each is required to hold at least one AKC licensed trial of the Small Pack Option format per year. Along with the Pennsylvania Beagle Gundog Association & the New England Hunting Beagle Association they form the Northeast Beagle Gundog Federation consisting of over 50 clubs.
